Refund policy
Thank you for choosing BALLATHE, We strive to provide the best customer service possible, we offer Free Exchange & No Question Asked Return for 24 hours from delivery.
Commodities purchased during Launch Sale aren’t eligible for free exchange's. Customer's has to bear the courier charges of Rs.200 incase of size exchange
No exchange or refund for the commodities purchased during clearance (END) sale or purchased during festival sale !
If you are not satisfied with your sizes, we accept exchanges within 24 hours of the day of delivery. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We don't accept exchanges without proper image's.
Incase of missing item's in the package, we need an unboxing video to verify this and send another product.
We don't accept exchange if the time limit has been exceeded more than 24 hours !

Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Perfumes
- Used wallets or items with wear/tear
- Any item without proper proof of issue
- Any product returned after 24 hours of delivery
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the product is received back, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or COD refunds through bank transfer).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your product. If your return is approved, we will initiate the shipment process as per our policy.
